PRCM (Partenariat Régional pour la conservation Côtière et Marine), a regional NGO registered in Senegal, is a coalition of 78 organisations working on marine and coastal conservation in 7 countries on the West-African coastline, including neighbouring countries like Senegal.

PRCM, through this project, will promote the development and implementation of sustainable marine-related policies and will facilitate in-country coordination of the project and link with the government and subcontract local partners (ROOPA, CONAPEG and PREM) on specific activities, run awareness-raising components, build national and regional political support and advocacy with national Civil Society Organisations (CSOs) to increase transparency in the Guinean fisheries sector.

To implement the project, the PRCM will mobilise part of its technical staff (Executive Director, Sustainable Fisheries Programme Coordinator, Communications Manager) to contribute to lobbying, advocacy, capacity building and communication activities. PRCM will provide the organisational and financial management of the national subcontractors.
